Bone Density Tests

This study shows bone density improvements after learning the program for four months, once a week for four hours, plus practicing daily at home.

A 69 year old woman. Improved from -2 (mild weakness of the bone) before the program, to -1 at the end of the program (on the border of the safe zone).
